💼 Job responsibilities

As a service technician at Lantmännen Maskin, you will have a varied job where no day is the same. You will start from the workshop in Nyköping and be responsible for service and troubleshooting of construction machines at Lantmännen's customers in Oxelösund. Here you will be offered great variety and the opportunity to work with strong, well-known brands, which means authorized service and support.

You will become part of a smaller, close-knit team with high competence and a genuine commitment to machines, service, and satisfied customers. Lantmännen's clients range from large construction companies to farmers, municipalities, and private individuals – and you will play an important role in creating value for them.

The position is shift-based every other week with the following working hours:

Morning shift: Monday–Thursday 06:00–14:00, Friday 06:00–18:00. Afternoon shift: Monday–Thursday 14:00–22:00, Friday off.

Examples of job responsibilities:

• Perform basic service according to protocols (oil, filters, gearboxes, etc.)

• Troubleshooting with a computer and interpreting error codes

• Repair and maintenance of construction machines

• Use of computer-based diagnostic tools and documentation

• Customer contact and collaboration with the Workshop Manager and technical support

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Vehicle or mechanical engineering education or equivalent work experience

• Practical experience in servicing and repairing heavy vehicles/machines

• Good knowledge of electrical/hydraulic systems with the ability to read and interpret diagrams

• Computer proficiency

• Driver's license B

• Good knowledge of spoken Swedish

• Documented experience with construction and/or agricultural machinery is an advantage
